When you submit the booking form, we collect the details you provide: full name, contact number, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and time, vehicle preference, and any additional notes. We do not collect payment or card details through this website.

How We Use It

Your details are used solely to process and confirm your booking — to call, message, or email you back about your trip. We do not sell, rent, or use your information for marketing by unrelated third parties.

Form Processing

Booking submissions are delivered to us using Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, purely to route your enquiry to our email. Web3Forms handles that transmission on our behalf and is not authorized to use your data for its own purposes.

Data Retention

We keep booking details only as long as needed to fulfil your trip and for reasonable business record-keeping afterward.

Your Rights

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the information you've shared with us at any time by emailing newldtouristtaxiservice@gmail.com.

By submitting a booking through this website or confirming a trip with New L D Tourist Taxi Service, you agree to the terms below.

Booking & Payment

A 30% advance payment of the estimated fare is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is payable directly at the end of the trip, in cash or via UPI, unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund of the advance. Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, may forfeit the advance in part or full to cover vehicle allocation and driver scheduling.

Vehicle Allocation

We make every effort to provide the exact model requested. If that specific vehicle is unavailable, we may substitute an equivalent or higher category car at no extra cost, and will inform you where possible.

Additional Charges

Tolls, parking, state permits, entry taxes, and — for outstation or multi-day trips — driver allowance and night-halt charges are billed in addition to the base fare, as applicable to your route.

Fare Estimates

Quoted fares are estimates based on the route and details provided at booking. Significant detours, extra waiting time, or changes to the itinerary requested during the trip may affect the final fare.

Luggage & Passengers

Please keep passenger count and luggage within the selected vehicle's capacity. Let us know your requirements when booking so we can recommend the right car.

Liability

New L D Tourist Taxi Service is not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, though we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in New Delhi.
